Ingredients

  • 1oz Mainland Corn Whisky
  • 4oz Earl Grey Tea (chilled)
  • 1 Teaspoon Preservatory’s Blueberry Bourbon jam.
  • 5oz lemon juice

Directions

Combine jam and lemon, stir well.
Add earl grey and whisky.
Dry Shake all ingredients.
Pour of ice.
Serve with a tea biscuit.
